Andie Hobbins

Andie Hobbins Wine Connoisseur, Managing Director of the Leelanau Wine Trail, and travel agent, Andie loves her Gewurztraminer, guiding wine tours, and hanging out with her family. Andie is originally from the East Side of the Detroit area and now is loving the Traverse City Wine Culture. Guests can now book Andie’s amazing Leelanau Peninsula Wine Tour. Andie studied Business and Human Resources at Grand Valley State University.

Magic Mike

Former Police Officer and College Instructor turned wine connoisseur and Wine Tour Expert trading in his handcuffs for a wine bottle opener. Mike earned the nickname Magic Mike previously working at Magic Shuttle Bus, building the Old Mission Peninsula Wine Tour with more than 12 years of tour and transportation experience… His new company “Movie Stars Wine Tours” takes customer service and the wine experience to the next level. No one knows Old Mission Peninsula Wines better than Magic Mike and his expert staff, 2022 Award Winner Top 10 Wine Tour in North America, with 3000-3500 5-star reviews! Mike is originally from Dearborn, and considers himself a lifelong learner with a Master’s in Computer Usability/Bachelor’s in History/Political Science/Criminal Justice from The University of Michigan- GO BLUE! When Mike isn’t out on a tour he’ll be field-testing wine with his “Mrs. Smith” and cooking for his kids.

Tracy Bielaczyc

Tracy Bielaczyc Tracy is a multi-faceted personality. Some would say Jill of all trades, master of some. She drives, she sings, she’s a trivia whiz! In her spare time, she enjoys working in the insurance industry, setting up women’s travel retreats, and hanging out drinking a nice rose with her hubby on the deck in the summertime. Tracy has a downtown Traverse City Brewery and Distillery Tour. She loves pairing food with just the right wine and often cooks with wine (she even puts it in the food sometimes). Tracy studied Public Relations and Communications at Wayne State University.

Tony Jacobson

Tony is a winemaker with a passion for sparkling wine. Tony has a Master’s degree in Enology (the study of wine) from Missouri State University. Currently, he’s working on launching his own wine brand “Loose Cannon”, aiming to produce exceptional wines that reflect Michigan’s unique terroir. In his downtime, he enjoys driving wine tours and discussing Michigan wine. He loves corny dad jokes and lounging on Lake Michigan beaches with his family. Troy Hall – Thatsa’ Pizza!

Troy is a wine expert/fanatic and local restauranteur. Troy doesn’t do wine tours for the money, he is the owner of the That’sa Pizza chain of pizza restaurants. Guests can go out on a wine tour with Troy and afterward get dropped off at one of 3 fantastic pizza locations. Troy has been known to play his acoustic guitar during wine tours which guests love. Troy studied Mechanical Engineering at Toledo University before getting into the pizza business. Troy has been all over, originally from Dundee Michigan, lived in South Carolina, and Columbus OH, and now luckily for us Troy and his family live in Traverse City Michigan.

Kyle Hobbins

Kyle is a wine and food expert working during the week in the food industry and expertly guiding wine tours on the weekends. Kyle’s passion is hospitality with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. Kyle has years of tour experience coming over from one of the local bus companies. Kyle and Andie are the Movie Stars Wine Tours husband and wife Dynamic Duo and these two know their wines, food, and customer service!

JASON SHIPMAN aka “LT”

Another former Police Officer turned wine connoisseur and Wine Tour Expert also trading in his handcuffs and taser for a wine bottle book… Jason (aka “LT”) joined the cast in 2024 and you can tour with him during the week. Jason is originally from the Lansing area, and is an MSU fan- GO GREEN! So we have a Cast Divided! When Jason isn’t out on a tour he’ll be cooking and testing out new Traverse City area wines.

Jill “Smith”

We aren’t even sure what Jill’s real last name is, all we know is if we are short on guides we’ve noticed mysterious governmental black helicopters in the area and Jill appears. Jill is a wine connoisseur so we throw her the keys to a bougie GMC Yukon, she guides the tour and afterward, she is involved in product research & development, we’re assuming for the federal government- who knows? Then as quick as she appears she’s gone- we don’t even know where to send a paycheck. For those of you who have seen her on one of our award-winning tours, she is well-versed in all wines. Again we have limited knowledge of her true identity so we call her Mrs. Smith (like the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith), from out of town somewhere, EMU grad.

Felicia Noble

Felicia is a wine lover with over 10 years of experience in the Traverse City area food & beverage industry. Felicia was the 2022 Miss Grand Traverse Bay and is a model published in fashion magazines around the world walking in events such as the New York Fashion and Miami Swim Week. Felicia is one of the Detroit Area Twist of Country models. Felicia studied at Trevecca Nazarene University and loves sampling the local wines with her husband.

Magic Mike Jr

Our Movie Star guests can also meet the future of Traverse City Wine Tours, Magic Mike Jr. Mike is only 12, but he’s convinced he’s going to start his own winery someday or be a college football or basketball player. Of course after college he’d like to run his own wine tours! Guests can see Mike Jr. on our award-winning wine tours holding doors for customers or carrying wine boxes. He’s learning all about customer service at a very young age.

Hailey Green – Chateau Chantal Tasting Room Manager

Originally from South Lyon, since 2022 Hailey has transformed the customer service experience at Chateau Chantal to solid 5 stars! Many of the wine recommendations given to our guests at Chateau Chantal come from Hailey’s suggestions. Hailey has streamlined the whole customer interaction process adding new food and drink options. Hailey has been studying wine since she was very young. Hailey studied wine at Central Michigan University Majoring in Marketing and Logistics with a Minor in Hospitality. She also studied wine abroad spending a year in Australia where she earned a specialization in wine tourism. Hailey is currently working on her WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Certification. Guests on our Award Winning Wine Tours can meet Hailey and her outstanding staff on our stop 3 – Chateau Chantal.
